By purchasing a ticket for the Snehaloka events (“Event”), you (“Ticket Purchaser”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself, your family members, and any other individuals (including minors) for whom you are purchasing tickets and attending the Event.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By purchasing tickets for the Snehaloka event and attending the Event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions . Your purchase and attendance, as well as that of your family members or dependents and any other individuals (including minors) for whom you are purchasing tickets and attending the Event, is contingent upon your acceptance of these terms.
2. Ticket Purchase and Registration
· Ticket Sales: Tickets for the Snehaloka Events are only valid if purchased through authorized platforms. Unauthorized resale or transfer of tickets is prohibited.
· Family/Group Tickets: By purchasing a ticket for yourself or on behalf of family members (including minors or dependents), you accept full responsibility for ensuring that all individuals listed under your registration comply with these Terms and any rules or policies set forth by Snehaloka or the Event venue.
· Non-Transferability: Tickets are non-transferable, unless otherwise explicitly stated. Unauthorized resale or transfer of tickets may result in the cancellation of your ticket and denial of entry to the Event.
· Event Modifications: Snehaloka reserves the right to modify the Event schedule, performers, or venue, or to cancel the Event for any reason. If the Event is canceled or rescheduled, we will notify you, and we will provide information on refund options, if applicable, according to our refund policy.
3. Age Requirements and Family Participation
· Minors: Children and minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. The Ticket Purchaser agrees to ensure that their minor family members or dependents follow all rules and guidelines associated with the Event.
· Age Restrictions: Certain activities or areas at the Event may have specific age restrictions. You are responsible for ensuring that family members or dependents comply with these requirements. If your family members do not meet the age requirements, you agree to ensure their exclusion from any restricted activities or areas.
4. Children’s Safety and Supervision
· Family-Friendly Environment: Snehaloka Events are designed to be family- and kid-friendly. Attendees are expected to maintain decorum appropriate for such events.
· Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times unless registered for nanny services.
· Snehaloka is not liable for any injuries, mishaps, or damages incurred by children under unsupervised conditions. Parents or guardians assume full responsibility for their minor’s actions.
5. Food and Alcohol Policy
· Alcohol Consumption: Alcohol will only be served to attendees aged 21 and above (or the legal drinking age as per local regulations). Identification may be required.
· Food and Beverage Disclaimer: Snehaloka does not guarantee allergen-free food or beverages. Attendees are responsible for notifying Snehaloka of any dietary restrictions or allergies during the ticket purchase process. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate such restrictions, Snehaloka is not liable for allergic reactions or dietary non-compliance.
· Outside Food and Beverages: Bringing outside food and beverages into the Event is prohibited unless prior permission has been granted for medical or dietary reasons.
6. Handicapped Accessibility
Snehaloka is committed to ensuring that all attendees have a safe and inclusive experience at the Event.
· Accessible Facilities: All Event venues will be equipped with handicapped-accessible entrances, seating areas, restrooms, and parking spaces, as required by local accessibility regulations.
· Accommodation Requests: Attendees requiring additional accommodations must notify Snehaloka at least [15 days] prior to the Event. While every effort will be made to fulfill such requests, Snehaloka cannot guarantee the availability of certain services for late requests.
· Companions: Attendees with disabilities may bring one companion or caregiver, subject to ticketing policies.
7. Assumption of Risk
· Inherent Risks: You acknowledge that attending and participating in the Snehaloka events involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or emotional distress. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the Event on behalf of yourself and any family members or dependents in your care.
· Health and Safety: You confirm that you and your family members are physically and mentally fit to attend and participate in the Event and that you will comply with any health and safety measures in place at the time of the Event, including but not limited to COVID-19 protocols, crowd control, or other event-specific guidelines.
8. Limited Liability Waiver
By purchasing tickets for yourself and/or your family members and attending the Snehaloka events, you agree to the following Liability Waiver:
· Waiver of Claims: You agree, on behalf of yourself, your family members, and dependents, to waive and release Snehaloka, its officers, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your and your family’s participation in the Event. This includes, but is not limited to, claims arising from negligence, personal injury, property damage, or any other incident related to the Event.
· Release of Liability: You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Snehaloka, its employees, agents, affiliates, and contractors from any liability for personal injury, death, property damage, loss, or any other harm arising from your and your family’s participation in the Event, regardless of whether such harm is caused by negligence or otherwise.
· Indemnification: You agree to indemnify Snehaloka against any legal costs, claims, or damages arising from any actions, claims, or incidents caused by you or any family members or dependents during the Event, including but not limited to damage to property or harm to others.
9. Force Majeure
Snehaloka will not be held liable for failure to perform any obligation under these Terms if such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, no refunds or compensation may be provided.
10. Photography and Media Release
· Consent to Photography and Recording: By attending the Snehaloka events, you grant Snehaloka and its event partners the right to photograph, record, and use your image, as well as the image of your family members or dependents, in photographs, videos, or other media for promotional or commercial purposes. This includes use in social media, websites, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
· Prohibited Recording: Unauthorized recording or streaming of the Event for commercial purposes is prohibited. You may only record or take photos for personal use, in accordance with Event rules.
11. Refund and Cancellation Policy
· Refunds: Unless the Event is canceled by Snehaloka or rescheduled, ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. If the Event is canceled or rescheduled, we will provide information regarding possible refunds or rescheduling, based on the circumstances.
· Cancellation by Purchaser: If you are unable to attend the Event, you will not be entitled to a refund, except as noted in our refund policy or in the case of an event cancellation.
12. Governing Law and Compliance
· Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, USA.
· Compliance with Local Laws: Snehaloka adheres to all applicable health, safety, consumer protection, and accessibility regulations. Attendees must comply with all local laws, venue-specific rules, and Event guidelines.
· Failure to Comply: Violation of local laws, Event policies, or venue regulations may result in denial of entry, removal from the Event, or legal action without entitlement to a refund.
13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Clause
· Mandatory Arbitration: All disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, including their interpretation or breach, shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration. Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Tampa, Florida. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding on all parties.
· Class Action Waiver: All claims must be filed on an individual basis. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action lawsuit or other collective legal action.
· Exceptions to Arbitration: Either party may seek resolution in small claims court for qualifying disputes or pursue injunctive relief for claims involving intellectual property rights or equitable remedies.
· Arbitration Costs: The costs of arbitration, including filing and administrative fees, shall be borne by the parties as determined by the arbitrator, except as required by law.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to reflect the intent of the parties as closely as possible.
15. Right to Modify Terms and Conditions
Snehaloka reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms and Conditions on the official Snehaloka website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
· Notification of Changes: Significant changes to these Terms and Conditions may be communicated to attendees through email or other communication methods.
· Acceptance of Modifications: By continuing to participate in the Event or purchasing tickets after changes are posted, you accept the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease participation in the Event and request a refund in accordance with our refund policy.
